When Texas police officers arrived at a 32-year-old woman’s house to arrest her son, she requested to see a warrant.
The result? She was immediately handcuffed and hauled off to jail, while her eleven-year-old son was left alone at the house. And get his – the arrest warrant for her son didn’t exist!
But that didn’t keep law enforcement officers from forcing her to spend the night in jail.
