First Amendment Violation Caught On Tape

First they take your voice, then they take your guns.

That sure seems to be the intent of some overzealous lawmakers in New Jersey these days.

During a hearing on gun control, James Kaleda was delivering a testimony that didn’t seem to meet the needs of those looking to dismantle the Second Amendment. About two minutes into his testimony, Kaleda was reprimanded and called out of order. He was then removed by New Jersey state troopers.

Constitution? What Constitution?!

Thank God this First Amendment violation was caught on tape.
