So it looks like the Department of Homeland Security has been undergoing testing drills on a new fleet of drones that can determine whether or not an individual is armed. This means that essentially, if you have a firearm in your home, these drones could sniff it out.
Talk about a killing two amendments with one stone!
The use of these drones on American citizens would violate the fourth amendment, as these would certainly be considered unlawful searches. And what a way to further dismantle the second amendment.
