An industry insider, Mr. Goslin has a few choice things to point out about the sector and none of them are positive.

By the way,according to this story in Reuters, an overwhelming majority of U.S. commercial real estate executives believe their industry is suffering and expect it get worse.
Mr.Goslin is hardly alone.
