How to Make a Lavish Retirement a Reality

Is it stubbornness?

Boredom?

Routine?

Or is there something else keeping baby boomers in the workforce?

Last year, the average retirement age was 62, according to Gallup, up from 59 two decades ago. The average age people expect to retire has edged higher, as well, going from 63 to 66, or even 67.

Retirement Age Rising

On top of that, Pew Research points out that a higher percentage of America’s oldest generation is working full-time, as opposed to part time, too — 62%, up from 47% in 1987.

Working Full Time Retirement

So what’s the story?

Why are baby boomers working themselves to death?

Maybe because they have to…

An astonishing 43% of people aged 55–64 have no retirement savings at all.

For those that do, the median retirement account for that age group has only $200,000.

As a result, almost a third of Americans over the age of 65 (roughly 17 million people) are considered “economically insecure.”

And that’s not all.

Another reason baby boomers continue to work is because government assistance is hardly a slam dunk.

The Social Security program lacks funding to the tune of $23 trillion.

Of course, even if it’s there, it’s inadequate.

The average monthly Social Security check comes in around $1,800, while the average household run by an American older than 65 spends more than $4,000 a month.

So they’re getting less than half of what they need.

Pensions — which most people don’t have — are coming up short too, as they’re saddled with $8 trillion in unfunded liabilities, taking out another leg of the retirement stool.

That just leaves retirement funds like 401(k)s and IRAs. But, again, not everyone even has those and if they do they’re at the whims of the market.

Retirement Income Sources

So if you’re among those that feel like you’re behind, what can you do?

Well, a good place to start would be here…

This is a link to a free e-book that will show you exactly how to finance your retirement in a way that lets you live life the way it’s meant to be lived.

Written by Brian Hicks, the founder of Angel Publishing, this easy-to-read book is a play-by-play plan to make your “golden years” golden again.

More than that, it’s a road map, an investment bible that will help you navigate the chaos, dysfunction, and corruption that surrounds us all making retirement even harder than it should be.

I’m talking about the politicians that treat Americans like a piggy bank to fund their own lavish lifestyles.

They’re literally robbing us of the retirement that’s rightfully ours.

That’s why Brian’s book includes chapters on the looming $89 trillion debt crisis…

The collapse of the U.S. dollar…

And the coming “Retirement Reset” that will catch millions of Americans completely off guard.

There’s no better time to act than now.

In fact, now is the only time to act because soon it’ll be too late.

And there’s no better person to explain why than Brian.

He’s independently wealthy and a testament to the kind of success that can only be drawn from true self-reliance.

It’s not an accident that he got where he is, and it’s not some fluke that he’ll stay there.

But the truly great thing about Brian is that he’s always willing to share. He’s always open for discussion. And he always has remarkable ideas.

Of course, you don’t have to take my word for it. You can see for yourself.

His e-book comes entirely free of charge. It’s a quick and easy read that will change your life.

So if you want to ensure that your retirement is anything more than a pipe dream, do yourself a favor and check it out.

Fight on,
