Invest in Legal Marijuana Stocks

Well, it happened…

Last week I told you that Mexico’s Supreme Court was about to vote on a filing that would result in the first step toward the end of marijuana prohibition.

The filing, if approved, would allow any Mexican citizen to grow marijuana on his or her property.

So to all my Mexican friends, it gives me great pleasure to tell you that you can now plant cannabis in the same yard where you grow avocados and mangos.

That’s right.

On November 4, the Mexican Supreme Court decided that Mexican citizens should have the right to grow and distribute marijuana for personal use.

The North American Marijuana Triad

Although this doesn’t fully legalize marijuana in Mexico just yet, it is the first domino to fall — similar to what we’ve seen with legislation in the U.S. and Canada over the past few years.

And as you know, today, Canada is on the cusp of legalization across the entire country, and in the U.S., more than half of all states will have some form of legalization in place by 2016.

To complete the triad of the new legal North American marijuana trade, Mexico has just signaled its readiness to complete the link of the three North American nations.

And here’s the best part…

It may end up happening a lot faster than what we’ve previously seen in the U.S. and Canada.

The Dream

As reported by Marijuana Business Daily, the plaintiffs in the deciding case applied for a business license with Mexico’s drug regulatory agency but were denied. They filed an appeal, and that became the basis of the Supreme Court decision.

Now, apparently for marijuana to be legalized by the courts in Mexico, one of two things must happen:

  1. The judges in the court’s criminal section will have to make the same ruling five times, or

  2. Eight of the 11 Supreme Court members will have to support such a change

How long could either take?

That’s hard to say.

But one this is certain…

It’ll be a lot faster than what we saw in both the U.S. and Canada.

In fact, some now speculate that because of legalization in Canada and most of the U.S., supporters of legalization in Mexico will have less of an uphill battle ahead.

Of course, no matter how you slice it, the deathblow for marijuana prohibition happened last week when the Supreme Court made its decision. So no one should be surprised to know that legal marijuana companies in Canada and the U.S. are now eyeing up Mexico with great enthusiasm.

One of my connections in the legal marijuana trade in Canada told me that growers especially love the idea of working with the good folks in Mexico to set up growing operations that would be far cheaper to operate in Mexico than they are here — mostly due to climate and labor costs.

Make no mistake: When the Supreme Court of Mexico made that decision last week, a lot of folks were seeing dollar signs. Including me.

Now, all year, we’ve been making money hand over fist in the legal marijuana space.

Hell, in the past two weeks alone, members of my Green Chip Stocks service locked in two double baggers in this sector. And there’s plenty more to come, too.

I outline three of my top picks in the legal marijuana space in my latest report, “Legal Drug Dealing Made Easy: Getting Your Cut of a $40 Million Drug Deal.” If you haven’t already read it, you can access it here.

Here’s the bottom line…

The North American legal marijuana trade is a lock. This is going to happen. It’s already happening. And the money you stand to make from this is ridiculous. I’m seeing folks now making enough in a single year to quit their jobs and retire early. And really, for most, that’s the dream.

To a new way of life and a new generation of wealth…
