Panic in Paradise
I have two stories to share with you today.
As you may know, I own a home in Longboat Key, Florida. LBK is an island, with Siesta Key to its south and Anna Maria Island to its north.
It’s still relatively undiscovered, and that’s by design. The locals keep a tight grip on what can be built there.
There aren't many full-time residents on the island. On my street of 20 houses, there are only four full-time residents.
There’s one bridge to the north and one bridge to the south. If a nasty hurricane came through and took out both bridges, good luck.
I love it so much that I took 20+ of my employees down there last May. We held a “Best Ideas Summit” at one of LBK's finest resorts.
Our bar bill was outrageous.
It really is paradise.
This is a typical LBK sunset:
But it's not always fun and games. Locals do have their complaints.

I'm in a town group chat. Last week, a member asked a question about whether he could use the swimming pools.
The mob unloaded on him.
The discussion got heated with name calling.
Think about that for a minute: an angry debate over swimming pool use during a pandemic.
That, my friend, is the very definition of "first world problems."
OK, let's get to my second story.
I found out yesterday that a close family member, his wife, and two sons are in quarantine.
I haven't seen him for over two months. And now it'll be even longer before I see him again.
And because he works in the food industry, he's being advised to take off even longer. It could be three weeks.
His doctor is supplying him with a note.
I had to ask how he talked to his doctor. Did he actually go to the office?
No. He did a virtual consultation. That's also known as telemedicine.
Telemedicine is already huge... and will be even bigger in the wake of this pandemic.
Telemedicine stocks have been some of the best performers in the market sell-off. Some have made record highs.
You see, after this is all over, our lives will be forever changed. Cash will no longer be king... there will be a new norm for virtual medical consultations and so much more.
And tomorrow I have a special report I want to share with you on a specific opportunity that will be cashing in on the "fourth Industrial Revolution."
Be on the lookout for it.
